Often we are aware that we would like things to be different, but how to make things change is often not so clear. This is where I come in. Utilizing mindfulness, self-reflection and a caring relationship, we will identify struggles and ways of moving past them. Together we will celebrate the joys and the difficulties of life and utilize both as fuel for change. As a licensed therapist and a certified alcohol and drug counselor I have worked with ages 13-80 with various struggles including anxiety, depression and substance use in various settings including three and a half years in residential substance abuse treatment.
